I State and confirm that I have been training in Taekwondo for at least 3 months and am aware of the rules of participation in such competitions. I have been provided with all the safety gear and accessories for this competition. I understand the risk involved in TaekwondoCompetition and keep the organizers, Mixed Martial Arts Federation of India and all the official of the event including medical persons, fully indemnified from and against all claims, demands, actions and damages, whether arising directly or indirectly, in connection with my participation in this competition on my willful misconduct or gross negligence. I will Not hold the organizers, Mixed Martial Arts Federation of India, and all the officials of the event including medical persons responsible in case of any injuries, minor or major, or fatality, which I may suffer/incur during this competition. I understand that this event will be photographed and video graphed by the organizers and the same shall be used by them for promotions and other reasons. I grant the organizers the exclusive worldwide perpetual right to use my image (still/moving) therein and agree and confirm that I shall have no rights whatsoever on such material and I shall have no clam over such material.
